Wayne Dyer said: “Begin to see yourself as a soul with a body rather than a body with a soul.”

A soul is eternal. It is ageless and limitless. Our limited, aging bodies are only temporary garments we get to try on for a time. They are fragile and beautiful, but they are not all of who we are.

It’s helpful to remember that who we really are is this amazing soul. So we do not need to fear the end of our body, but only appreciate it for the gift that it is.
