Worth it

You’ll thank yourself if you follow a simple practice of being kind, loving and decent at all times.

You’ll be glad to know that no matter what others may have done, you took the high road.

You’ll be so grateful to be able to hold your head up high, free of regrets, because you acted from love even when it might have been easier to be nasty. It might have been easier to take that route, but in the end you would have cringed every time the thought of it came up again.

It takes commitment and grit to be a consistently good person, but ultimately it’s so worth it to know that you’ve built a lifetime of integrity, being a loving, kind and decent person.
