Being frozen with fear and anxiety, left immobilized and numb, is not the same as simply loafing around, doing nothing with your life because you have no ambition.
In that regard, you’re not lazy, you’re overwhelmed. So, the last thing you need is to beat up on yourself further for being incapacitated from doing anything with your life that looks like what you think a “successful person” should be doing.
Start showing compassion and love for yourself. Get the help that you need first, and then start seeing how you can return to being the great co-creator of your life.
Having a life that you love, and feeling that love, is living the life of a truly successful person.
