I just swiffered my floors, and as the dust bunnies lifted onto that glorified dryer sheet, my spirits also lifted from their funk.
I know that it can seem like the safe choice to sit around and think your way through your troubles, but this oftentimes just leads to thinking about even worse case scenarios. Not only can you scare yourself that way, but your energy dips and drains if all you do is just sit around and think.
Get up and get that energy moving. You’ll feel better, and that’s what brings you closer to solutions.
