Sometimes you can’t take it day by day, sometimes you can only focus on making it from one minute to the next.
The word minute also means “extremely small,” and sometimes all you can focus on is an extremely small step forward. (In this version of minute, the “i” rhymes with the word “sky”)
But continue to take those steps, even if they are minute and only taken minute by minute.
Keep moving forward, it does get easier the more you do it.
