To be able to influence someone, you need their buy-in.

They have to allow it.

So, really they’re doing the work.

It would be wise to remember this for yourself.

No one can influence you without your consent to it.

You make the choice to agree with them or not.

Ultimately, you make the choice to hand over your power to them or not.
