In other words, it’s not a destination, something to win, or achieve, and then you have it, it’s an active state of being, and you get to keep creating it.
It’s like clean hair.
You don’t just get clean hair, and then you’re done, you got it.
You need to make sure you keep having clean hair, if you like that sort of thing, and that requires continually choosing it.
