Joyful living is a lifestyle choice.

It’s like physical fitness, you do it to have a better quality of life.

It sustains you.

But you have to keep at it, or else you’ll fall out of shape, and much quicker than you would hope you would.

So, much like physical fitness, you have to show up often, choose to be joyful, and put in the work of thinking and acting joyfully.
