Teamwork works best when the whole team works.

If there are some who are not pulling their weight, they’re not really part of the team, they’re beneficiaries.

A team depends on it’s members’ contributions, the work in teamwork.

These same members can enjoy all of the advantages that come with being a part of a team.

As is mostly the case, it pays to work.
