Rewards

The best motivating factors are the rewards you’ve decided on for yourself.

Flashy prizes are fun and all, but unless they have a personal meaning for you, they’re just all flash.

A reward might not even mean anything to anyone else but you.

It could be the thought that you made healthy choices for yourself this week.

It could be that you remembered to stretch or smile today.

You get to make up the rewards for your life, and then you get to make sure that you do what you need to do to earn them.
