Safety is a only a concept, there are no true guarantees in it.

Even still, that’s what makes it so powerful. You can only get safety from feeling safe.

So, you’re in control of that feeling.

If it gets taken away, remember that you’re the one who gave it to yourself in the first place.

See if you can give it back.
