They say that one is the loneliest number.

And, that can appear true at first glance.

But, once you realize the universal truth that we are all connected, then you’ll see how far from lonely being “one” really is.

As we are all connected, who we are at our core is as one with everyone and everything else.

It’s a big concept, so it might be best to start small, and simply realize that one isn’t so lonely as it appears.
