Our thinking is what creates our experience. We tend to spend most of our time lost in our thoughts, which are in effect mostly about problems from the past or an imagined problematic future.
Spending so much time thinking about our problems only helps to perpetuate them in our lives.
The funny thing is, when we’re not thinking about our problems they tend to cease to exist.
Even still, when we detach from thinking of our problems, we allow space for their solutions to reveal themselves.
I mean, Albert Einstein famously spoke of this when he said: We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
By the way, did you notice how he not only touched on the fact that solutions come from different thinking than that of problems, but he also points out that the problems were created from our thinking in the first place!
