Practice Kindness

Kindness is a skill appreciated by most, and one that benefits all. They say you can catch more flies with honey. And as Mark Twain put it, Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.

Practicing kindness is the way to a happy life. It’s what can save the world, through one kind heart at a time. Kindness is a skill, and like all skills it gets stronger the more you practice it.

The easiest way to practice, is to begin with being kind to yourself. Wayne Dyer said The more you extend kindness to yourself, the more it will become your automatic response to others.

Sharing kindness with others can help inspire them to do the same. Before you know it, it spreads, crossing all kinds of borders and cultures, until it’s touched every soul. It can bring light to even the darkest circumstances.

So, whenever you can, practice kindness. It’s a skill appreciated by most, and one that benefits all.
