The thing about acting in theatre is that the director can create a vision for the play, but it’s up to the actors to manage it and bring the vision to life. And once it’s opening night, and those stage lights are up, it’s entirely the actor’s responsibility.
Shakespeare wrote, “All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players…”
I know that we have a divine creator to thank for granting life, but once we are on the world’s stage, it is up to us to manage our own story. How we act, what thoughts we focus on, and how much love we allow to flow through us determines if our stage play is a happy story or not. What a wonderful gift to get to play on this world’s stage and show what a divine creation we truly are.
