The answer is love. You could get angry for all kinds of reasons. You can get fed up. You can prove how wrong the other side is. Or you can focus on love. Simply focus on what you can love.
One way is about contraction, resistance, and darkness, which is a health-killer.
The other is about expansiveness, connection, and light. Which, frankly, is your best defense to persevere through any situation. Especially a world-changing, pandemic kind of situation.
So, the best defense, or offense, or way to mend a fence… is love. Focus on what you can love, rather than what to be against.
