The quickest and cleanest way to get what you want, is to ask for it. You're not guaranteed to get it, at least not right away, but your chances are a whole lot better than if you don't ask. So, do yourself a favor, and ask.

Ask for what you want. Be clear. Be direct. I'm sure you appreciate honesty, so be honest yourself. What's the worst that can happen? If you're turned down, you got an answer and you can move on. If you don't ask, you'll forever wonder what if.

Answers

The answers will always come. You will always get an answer. That's not the most important factor. It's much more important to get clear on your questions. Get clear on what you're asking, because you'll always get an answer to the very question. Might as well know what you're talking about.
