The quickest way I can get myself in a bad mood is to start judging someone else. If I linger in my judgement long enough, I end up hurting my own feelings making up stories about how awful someone is and the awful interactions we might have.
The quickest way out of that bad vibe, is to stop judging and to start minding my own business.
It might work for you, too.
Jesus gave some advice on this. “Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.”
