It’s obvious but necessary to point out that complaining is mostly pointless.
It can be a nasty habit that will annoy whoever is listening, and put yourself in an even worse mood.
It’s deceptive, because you think it will feel good to gripe about an annoyance, but instead it can just magnify what’s wrong and send you down a dark path. Now you have two problems, the gripe and your bad attitude about it.
The sage advice is that if you can do something about the problem, then do it. If you can’t then move on. Either way, there’s no need to complain.
