Things can get so heavy and dark, and it can be seductive to stay that way. But that’s a trap, and can only make you feel worse, the more you entertain the darkness.

There needs to be levity. We all need some light in our lives.

And we’re all responsible to bring it.

Rather than gripe about what’s going wrong, help make it better.
