Depression is real but invisible.

And it will lie to you. It will tell you there is no hope, there is no point in getting help.

And because it’s invisible, others can’t see it unless you tell them. Yet depression will convince you that telling them is a bad idea.

It does make you wonder what the point of all these other people around you is for, if you can’t talk to them for help.

Perhaps they all are being lied to by depression as well.

Someone needs to speak up and find out.
