Tears streaming down your face can be embarrassing, they can be inconvenient. But, luckily your body is smarter than some of your wacky ideas of what to be embarrassed or annoyed about.
Tears are a sign your body knows it is important to release some of those heavy or big emotions, rather than bottle them up inside.
Your body has an elegant way of letting them out, by washing them down through your tears. Remember this, the next time they come and you’d rather they didn’t.
Maybe you don’t know everything, and could stand to learn from the brilliant creation you’re walking around in.
