Sure, you’re not as young as you once were, but bemoaning that and looking back too long only wastes your present, and you’re not getting any younger.
Do you want to look back at this time and realize that you spent it griping about missing the time even further in the past?
Also, memories do a funny thing and tend to glamorize the past for good or bad. Things seem like they were so much better or worse than they actually were.
Just leave them be.
Make the most of the time you have now, and move onward.
