Move from the position you’re stuck on, physically or mentally. Move your body, if you can, so that it can use the energy from the food you’re feeding it, rather than just storing it. Move from whatever you’re staring at to give yourself new ideas.
Keep moving, don’t stay stagnant.
Take inspiration from the constantly moving planet we’re on. It doesn’t stay put, and it’s responsible for providing a livable environment for everything, so the two things just might be related.
