Energy runs our appliances and utilities, and it also runs us. We are run on energy.

And we tend to have an easier time finding more energy when it’s for something we want to do.

We tend to drag our energy when we’re tasked with something we don’t want to do.

It’s kind of magical, how we can manipulate energy like that.
