Grief is totally unique to each person and each experience.
Be easy on yourself with your expectations with how it should look, because there is no set way for it to be.
The only thing that is consistent with everyone is how isolating it can be. This is because it’s so unique for each person, and because it makes others uncomfortable. Most will not want to share in your experience.
Best advice is to ease up on your expectations with yourself, and with others.
