Humor is often helpful to alleviate tension in a stressful world.

But not all jokes are created equal.

In fact, a lot of quote-unquote jokes are really just sloppy covers for cruelty. And that only adds more tension to the world.

Forget the mean jokes, and don’t be cruel, it’s just not funny.
